OUR HISTORY

When Subcon first opened in 1964, the company focused on commercial drywall and acoustical work across Tulsa, adding a painting division in 1972. As Subcon’s reputation grew, so did its capabilities. By 1984, Subcon had evolved into a full commercial general contracting and tenant improvement firm with a footprint in many of Tulsa’s best-known buildings. 

In 2020, ownership transitioned to three long-time company leaders: Michael Houser, Ryan Duke, and Lindsay Ross.

Under their leadership, Subcon, LLC continues to carry forward a six-decade legacy of craftsmanship, consistency, and strong relationships with building owners, property managers, tenants, and trade partners throughout Tulsa.
